    What is Veganuary?

    Veganuary is an initiative that encourages people to adopt a (more) vegan lifestyle for the month of January. The initiative was founded in 2014 by a UK-based nonprofit organization also named Veganuary. Its primary aim is to inspire individuals to try veganism as a way to introduce more plant-based nutrients in their diet, while being more environment-friendly.

    Why try Veganuary?
