Baked Chickpea Chips (Gluten free, Vegan)
These gluten free vegan baked chickpea chips are a wholesome and flavorful snack and appetizer! Everyone will love them!

- 80 grams gluten free chickpea flour
- 140 grams water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- chopped fresh herbs, dried herbs, spices
Pre-heat oven at 200C/400F
In a bowl whisk chickpea flour, water and salt until you have a smooth batter without clumps
Place a sheet of parchment paper on two baking sheets/pan
Spread a spoonful of batter at a time, forming circles
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and spices (if desired)
Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes, or until they are golden and the edges lightly brown
Let cool down for 15-20 minutes before carefully removing the chips from the parchment paper
Serve in a bowl and add more seasoning if desired
